Le tecniche di Ingegneria Naturalistica sono utilizzate in Piemonte da quasi venti anni. L’esperienza condotta su numerosi casi di dissesto idrogeologico e degrado territoriale hanno dimostrato l’idoneità di questa disciplina, che contribuisce ad aumentare il grado di compatibilità ambientale delle opere. In questa nota vengono rappresentate le fi nalità e gli ambiti di intervento di questa disciplina, avendone sperimentato anche i limiti. Viene analizzata la situazione normativa che consente e promuove, a livello nazionale e regionale, l’utilizzo di tali soluzioni. Vengono infi ne descritte alcune applicazioni a casi pratici.
Soil Bioengineering: normative advertences and applications in the Piedmont territory Soil Bioengineering techniques are widely used in Piedmont since almost twenty years. The skills drawn over several cases in the fi eld of geological and hydraulic breakdown and in the territorial degradation contest, well demonstrate the good result in terms of slope stability and environment restoration. In the mean while the limits of Soil Bioengineering are recognized. Legislation in the matter of environment restoration and use of Soil Bioengineering techniques is analized, to show how the development of these kinds of intervention are widely forwarded. Some field cases are specified.
