Il 04 febbraio 2008 è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Uffi ciale della Repubblica Italiana S.O. n. 30, il D.M. 14/01/08, Testo Unitario delle NormeTecniche per le Costruzioni.È la quarta volta nella storia d’Italia, dopo le norme emanate rispettivamente nel 1907, nel 1939 e nel 1971, in cui si assiste a una fase organicadel processo normativo, in cui è redatto un sistema di governo della progettazione, della direzione, della costruzione e del collaudo delle costruzionicivili, coerentemente alle più moderne conoscenze dell’ingegneria e con attenzione alle diverse e più importanti esigenze e opportunità del mondoproduttivo e imprenditoriale.Le nuove Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni, si inseriscono e si integrano in un quadro normativo caratterizzato fortemente dalle interazioni fradiverse tipologie di norme, disponibili sia a livello nazionale che europeo.
Identifi cation, certifi cation and acceptance of the materials for structural use. On February 4, 2008 the Gazzetta Uffi ciale of the Italian RepublicS.O. (Ordinary Supplement) n. 30, published the Ministerial Decree14/01/08, Testo Unitario (Unitary Text) of the Technical Norms for Constructions.It is the fourth time in the history of Italy (following norms emanated in 1907, 1939 and 1971) that we witness a systematic approach of the normativeprocess which documents the whole working process of the design, the management of the works, the constructions and the testing methods ofcivil constructions, fully aligned to the most modern knowledge of engineering and with attention to the various and most important requirements andopportunities of the manufacturing and entrepreneurial world.The new Norme Techniche per le Costruzioni (Technical Norms for Constructions) are added and integrated in an overall picture of norms withstrong characteristics of the interactions between various types of norms, found both at national and European level.
